Mangoes

Apples and pears are shiny and blemish free when they're fresh and ripe.  NOT so with the mango!  Pick one that looks old!  The more spots and the less "sheen" they have, the better.  They should be slightly wrinkled at the stem end.  They won't feel firm.  Pick that one!!
