Summer AND Fall MENU – the Best of Both Worlds!

Does this picture make your mouth water?  It SHOULD.  Fresh Coho and Sockeye (as well as trout) are available and I’m taking ADVANTAGE. This picture is of our Salmon Vera Cruz – a piquant recipe you’ll love, featuring our end of summer tomatoes, capers and olives.   We also have creamy Chicken Penne Pesto (naturally homemade).  You can have whole wheat or gluten free penne if you’d like!  And, look on our MENU to choose your flavor profile of the house smoked pulled pork (mouth watering picture below!)  Don’t forget it’s only me touching the food so it’ll be handed to you in pristine condition and you can enjoy worry free.
