Folks just as we’ve settled into a routine I’m going to SHAKE IT UP. Since the menu for next week is geared more towards Mother’s day, I’m going to ask that you allow delivery on FRIDAY, and pick up on SATURDAY so things will be fresh and beautiful for SUNDAY. One of my Mother’s Day offerings is my Cocoa-Coffee Rubbed Flat Iron Steak, adorned as you see it here with Caramelized Onion & Gorgonzola Marmalade and a Balsamic Reduction. Hubby wants me to sell the rub – you let me know what YOU think! I will place the steak on top of Lula’s fabulous Cream Cheese & Horseradish Smashed Potatoes, so naturally it won’t look as MOD as this picture! I want to thank YOU from the bottom of my heart for giving me something tangible to labor over and get my zen on again this week!! Zen is a wonderful thing but I’ve been working really HARD…and Gordon has a week off after Mother’s Day. I’m going to take some much needed time off as well. I will be back with other menu offerings for delivery on 5/26, and pickup on 5/27 – back to the regular schedule.
