Creole Shrimp 'n Grits, House Smoked BBQ and More!

You PEOPLE are so demanding I have to put VERY recent offerings back on the menu... :)  You have REQUIRED Hanky Panky Stew and Chicken Pesto Tortellini again this week, and Lula has acquiesced!   And just let me say that if you didn't order the Lamb Ragu you will have a chance again in the near future as it was FABULOUS.  If you've not tried lamb, this is the perfect introduction.  If you have tried it and like it, don't miss my version of this ragu when it becomes available again.In the meantime, our creamy, rich, and yet light Creole Shrimp 'n Grits is PERFECT for brunch or dinner, and you can find it on this menu along with my fabulous house smoked Pulled Pork (see pic below) with your choice of Lula's KBB (Kentucky Black Bourbon) or Carolina 24K Gold Sauce, along with Daddy's Cole Slaw or Maytag Bleu Slaw  I keep trying out names for my South Carolina BBQ Sauce - if you've something catchy to offer, HELP!Our Protein Salads, Soups, and Quiches this week reflect what's popping up from the ground - take advantage of the asparagus while it's young and tender!  Always, ALWAYS there will be quiche...check out the menu to see what surprises await!I'm on my way to my 2nd shot, and I'm wearing sandals.  Life is good - I hope you'll be able to safely enjoy your friends and family this Easter Season!
