Love, it's What's for Dinner!

Happy St. Patty's Day!  I hope you've got your green on.  Those who ordered from my menu certainly have.  Interestingly, a couple of people clamored for my Chicken Penne Pesto this week, and it's green too!  I'm offering it this week with an alternative if you just can't get enough cheeeeeeese- with cheese tortellini.  Quite frankly, this is my favorite way to enjoy it - our creamy luscious homemade pesto, with basil from our garden put up last summer, on top of more creamy luscious tortellini filled with ricotta, parmesan and herbs.You can find the Chicken Pesto on our menu along with my fabulous Lamb Ragu made from the delectable silky shoulder.  It's deep in flavor with tomato and veggie overtones, served with your choice of Saffron & Chive Polenta or Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes.Our Buffalo Chicken Salad was a hit so it's back, along with a fresh lemony Egg Salad - both perfect to pair with one of our soups - Sherried Wild Mushroom Bisque or Loaded Baked Potato.  Always, ALWAYS there will be quiche...check out the menu to see what surprises await!The birds ARE nesting and the warmth of the sun has kissed my skin.   I am wishing for all that with the passage of each day, we feel safer and more love than ever before!
