Summer AND Fall MENU - the Best of Both Worlds!

Does this picture make your mouth water?  It SHOULD.  A bite of this End of Summer Tomato Pie is heaven on earth.  I have in my possession from Cane Creek Farm some of the richest, fruitiest heirloom tomatoes you have ever tasted.  I throw in a little southern magic, and a bite just might make you cry.  In a good way.  You can order it from our MENU this week along with our Creamy Goat Cheese & Pistachio Risotto (see picture below!) which you can enjoy with Shrimp if you'd like.  I also got my hands on some oxtail, so I thought with the weather turning a bit next week I'd throw some stew on the menu!  In case you're wondering...Oxtail Stew is not really the tail of an ox. :) But it IS densely loaded with iron and other nutrients to build up your immune system.
