Turkey Tetrazzini, Pumpkin Penne & More!

I am writing this laying in bed in a loft in the Red River Gorge.  It is Gordon's little gift to us after a totally WOW week for me.  We packed up some leftover stuffing and a few other goodies and headed off to nature, whereupon it immediately began to rain cats and dogs.  The good news is we woke up to something we had always dreamed of doing - winter in the gorge.  The snow is falling and it is sticking!  Good luck to us getting down the winding hill tomorrow.  We'll cross that bridge (literally) when we get to it.  If you'd like to mimic my Leftover Stuffing Recipe, see the section below for a pic and a link..
