What a weird, and sometimes devastating, freakin' year. Still, we have things to be thankful for. Right now I'm extremely grateful for my psycho-pug Floyd's SNORES by my side. When we rescued him he wouldn't stretch out or offer his belly for rubbing...he would only curl up tightly in a protective ball to sleep, after circling so many times we couldn't count. Now he takes complete ownership of whatever surface he's lolling on, including US. I'm REALLY thankful for free range turkeys and heirloom apples, old friends and ornery relatives.I'm thankful for pumpkin patches and the yumminess that comes from them, and GRAVY. I could DRINK gravy (and once a year, DO), how about you? I'm SO THANKFUL for YOU - you who have needed me, wanted me, discovered me, and kept me busy doing what I love to do. But mostly, I am deeply and forever grateful to all of our first responders who, unless they decide to QUIT, don't have a choice in this pandemic and are heroically muddling through the best they can, with great honor and humility.For the HOLIDAYS, this year will be different from any other and you won't be partying with your co-workers, clients or loved ones like you're used to. We deliver within a 50 mile radius, and we're taking orders now. Our supply won't last - I beg of you, give me plenty of notice!
